An entrepreneur raising upwards of 100 million dollars in new media and tech business, Hawk is an accomplished international entrepreneur and CEO of PictoryTale AS. We have been proud to represent their brands internationally including AR software app products Snic Snac and Volories, now available worldwide in itunes and google play. 


We were a contracted in-house counsel of the Norwegian based Augmented Reality enterprise PictoryTale AS and developed a range of bespoke End User Licence Agreements, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Licensing and contract funding agreements. 


Additionally our firm has assisted the development of bespoke Intellectual Property in gaming and augmented reality projects, including for the Darwin International Film Festival and the Bombing of Darwin 80th Anniversary and the Australian Aviation museum.

MICHAEL MAHER - ONE PASSPORT

Michael is an experienced entrepreneur and digital director, straddling the intersection of workforce/membership management and technology through the development of Software for One Passport.


We performed a comprehensive IP assessment which led to the protection of a number of his valuable brands including Sure Comply. We also drafted End User Licence and software licensing agreements and assignment documents to protect the valuable Intellectual Property of this growing international software licensing business


We also patented Michaels software system and extended for international protection.

Eileen Breen - NTEX

DESERT KNOWLEDGE AUSTRALIA 

We consulted with Desert Knowledge Australia, a peak innovation organisation located in Alice Springs on a range of their projects over a 2 year period including their Codes 4 Life program and other initiatives, including consulting and contract review and Trade Mark protection.

BARBARA CLIFFORD & MICHAEL MASSEY - THE HINWOOD INSTITUTE

Winner of the Chief Minister's award for Innovation, Barbara Clifford and Michael Massey are the owners of the Hinwood Institute Pty Ltd running coaching and training services worldwide. 


Through a Business Growth Grant, we performed the drafting of a comprehensive set of contracts for their education and training business including joint venture, licensing and commercial agreements. We additionally have assigned her Trade Marks “The Time Tamer” to the holding company, and extended protection and enforcement of the Trade Mark to the United States, including defending its use by other operators using the same name.

CENTRE FOR APPROPRIATE TECHNOLOGY 

We consulted with and conducted an IP assessment for the Australian centre for innovation and technology country, a leading Aboriginal training and research organisation. This included a comprehensive review of their intellectual property, contracting assets and advised on strategic implementation after 41 years of their rich history in assisting indigenous communities in Australia.

UNIVERSAL SITE MONITORING 

A Northern Territory success story and winner of Telstra Business of the year, Universal Site Monitoring’s founder, Emil Tastula has more than 30 years in the resource and construction industries. With a industrial background Emil and his team have developed a range of personal safety monitors, and software systems to assist workplace safety. 


We conducted a comprehensive IP Assessment (audit) of the portfolio of Trade Marks, Designs, Patents, Copyright and Contracts of the organisation. This assisted the valuation efforts and provided further reach for Research and Development (R&D) and other funding opportunities.

NEXT TIER ENTERTAINMENT 

An operator in NT’s gaming industry for over seven years Dave runs the valuable enterprise NT Tier and Entertainment. As a professional presenter and co founder of the NT Gaming and esports league, he actively operates entertainment and esports events throughout the northern territory. 


Through an Northern Territory Business Growth grant he has successfully incorporated as a proprietary limited company, and continues to develop the intellectual property of his enterprise with passion and purpose.

Rhondalynn first used the mark in 2009 as the title of her excellent book on Financial Management. She then continued to successfully build her brand, speaking on stages to thousands of business owners including on behalf of MYOB , Intuit and nbn® Australia to name a few.


Defending the use of her Trade Mark from financial planner and “finfluencer” Canna Campbell these past two years has been an important and necessary step in protecting ownership of the products of her mind and intellect, known as Intellectual Property.


We await the decision from the Federal Circuit court, and represented her as the Applicant for four days at Trial before Judge Mansouradis, including cross examining the Respondent, influencer and prominent Financial Planner, Canne Campbell.
